Shipping Destination
We currently ship within India only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1,000. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can use this to track your shipment.

Delays
Jacob's is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at princeantonyjacob@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
